Ballroom at the Ben

One of the great venues in Philadelphia, I always love shooting here. The view from the mezzanine looking down on the dance floor is something you just don't have at most venues. And the beautiful turn of the century architecture outside of the ballroom is a photo op waiting to happen. Great vibe, plenty of space and you have Ott running the show! The Ballroom at the Ben is a classic!

Tip: If you plan on doing a night shot, consider going downstairs and using the lobby area of the Franklin Residences instead of the balcony of the venue. The lobby affords a greater variety of locations for a romantic end of the evening set of images. There's a reflecting pool and lots of little nooks and crannies for the perfect shot. If you have time, do both!
