Water Works

The Water Works is Cescaphe’s sixth wedding and event location. This vast facility mixes opulent Neoclassical architecture on the outside with cutting-edge technology on the inside. The famous views, classically elegant structures, and beautifully planted lawns and gardens all around make an outdoor ceremony a logical choice for your wedding celebration.

This magnificent facility offers a wide range of settings that are rarely available in a single venue. When you have a ceremony at the Engine House with a top-shelf open bar and tons of delicious food, they will add a half-hour to your six-hour event.

With columned walkways and a vintage gazebo, the Water Works now offers decadent contemporary luxury in its sumptuous interior spaces in one of the city's most gorgeous settings. The Art Museum is perch dramatically above and the Boathouse Row stretching out along the Schuylkill River.

Tip:

You can save yourself a lot of time, money and potential stress by staying around the Water Works grounds to create your Bride/Groom and Bridal Party images. Philadelphia is a very photogenic city and I love traveling around the city on a wedding day to different locations. However, if your timeline doesn't appear to provide you with enough time to hit some of the popular Philly spots, don't fear utilizing the Water Works area. You can easily achieve many different looks in this area with its architecture, city views, trees and even some edgier looks just down the road.
