Yes, Vie offers a modern ballroom and a charming outdoor courtyard for ceremonies, and receptions are held in the Grand Ballroom. We’ll help you transition smoothly between spaces so your guests and coverage remain seamless and elegant.

Vie accommodates 175 to 600 guests, depending on your layout. You’ll have access to multiple cocktail zones (Foyer, Mosaic Room, Lounge) plus the courtyard and main ballroom. We’ll help you pick layouts and room combinations that match your guest list and photographic needs.

We’ll scout vantage points ahead of time and plan when and where to capture essential moments using both natural and ambient lighting.

We’ll mix ambient light (from chandeliers, built-in fixtures, and natural daylight) with off-camera flash or continuous lighting to preserve the elegance of both settings. In the ballroom, we’ll highlight the lattice ceiling, imported mosaic walls, and chandelier glow. In the courtyard, we’ll use the softer outdoor light, steel columns, exposed brick, and greenery to craft intimate yet dramatic portraits.

We’ll alternate between wide, sweeping shots that showcase the venue’s scale (mosaics, chandeliers, ballroom vistas) and tighter, emotive portraits with softer light. By mapping the light paths and scouting the space ahead, we’ll know when to move in for details or step back for environment shots, making sure your album tells both your personal story and shows off Vie’s elegance.
