Chic Rittenhouse Hotel Wedding | Jess and Evan

Jess and Evan met during their first year at Penn State University and have been together ever since! 

It's their sense of balance that makes their relationship work well. Evan has a more outgoing personality than Jess. Evan challenges Jess in every area of her life, whether it's a first-time experience, work-related or her relationships with family and friends. 

There is a great deal of similarity between them regarding their morals. They like to discuss and help each other through life's decisions and circumstances at length. Despite their relaxing nature, they share many common interests and enjoy spending time together.

There were many moments when they both realized they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. They were pretty young when they met (18/19) and Jess immediately knew he was her person!

The proposal took place in Margate, NJ. which is where they like to spend summer weekends. According to Jess, there was supposed to be a happy hour on the beach with friends before dinner. However, their friends were nowhere to be found when they arrived. All that was there was a cooler and two chairs. After Evan asked Jess what was in the cooler, she noticed a note and champagne. Evan had written a beautiful message to her! 

Jess was surprised by the proposal. Though she knew it would happen that summer, she had no idea it would be that weekend. For them, the location was very significant because they love the beach.
