Right across from Old City and along the shore of the Delaware River lies Penn’s Landing. Sweeping views of the Ben Franklin Bridge, Race Street Pier and Spruce Street Harbor Park are just a few of the attractions here. Please note that it can be crowded here especially on the weekends.
This e-session location is named after William Penn's historic landing in Philadelphia in 1682, and features year-round activities, attractions, and entertainment. Year-round activities like the Independence Seaport Museum, beautiful open areas like Cherry Street Pier and Race Street Pier, and eateries like the Moshulu can be found along the Delaware River shoreline.
This attraction is known for having some of the city's most popular seasonal parks, such as Spruce Street Harbor Park and the Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest and Summerfest. Additionally, activities and events including as farmers markets, concerts, art exhibitions, and more take place throughout the year in the areas.
