To me, this is the most photographically versatile neighborhood in the entire city. At any given time you’re only a block or two away from historic cobblestone streets, modern architecture, beautiful tree lined parks and the Delaware River with it’s beautiful views. Several of the city’s most popular hotels and wedding venues are located in Old City. It's romantic and fun, day or night and a highlight for any photo session in Philly.
This now-modern area is well renowned for its main Colonial-era sites, as it was the birthplace of American freedom. Top attractions in the neighborhood include Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and the Betsy Ross House. Many of the people who live in Old City live in restored 18th-century rowhouses on some of the country's oldest streets. Along South 2nd Street, there are stylish cafés and bars for fashionable crowds.
Various, it's a large neighborhood.

"Ralph's ability to make his clients feel like they are #1 at all times is phenomenal! His work speaks for itself, but it is what he does in addition to the pictures that makes the difference. Him and his team went far beyond our expectations and were able to capture not only pictures, but a story of our lives. We would recommend Ralph Deal Photography to anyone who wants an exceptional and personalized experience!"
