A few years ago on July 3rd, Ryan spotted Julia playing checkers at Independence Beer Garden. Once he saw her, he couldn't help but approach her. So he slid in next to her and asked if she needed help with checkers. Of course, Julia was persuaded by his good looks and charm, so she said yes. After a quick game of checkers and a bike ride through the city, they landed at the next bar, where they laughed the night away.
Two days later, Ryan managed to snag a date before Julia left for a two week trip to Europe. On the first date while at a Phillies game, they learned about their commonalities: same birthday, drive the same car, youngest in the family, and love pizza - what are the odds! Since then, the rest is history.
The wedding day was filled with joy and laughter at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek!
